Victoria premieres Sarah Gibson’s “Our Happiness” and Jordan Nelson’s Sparks on the Wheel with French Hornist Jason Allison and Sarah at the piano. The pieces are part of a collection entitled Side Walks commissioned by Fox and Allison, which explore the relationships between solitude and togetherness, the wilderness and the metropolitan. Gibson is this year’s OME Festival composer in residence and Side Walks will be one of several of her pieces performed over the four day festival.
